After every losing trade: what did you (or the model) miss? Was it predictable in hindsight?
After every big win: what was the actual edge? Was it skill, luck, or model? Can you repeat it?
Regime changes: when the market shifts (Fed pivot, war, election, sector rotation), log how the brain responds. Does it adapt fast or slow?
Hypotheses: "I think the model is too bullish on tech right now" → log it, then check back in a month.
