Alpha min conviction

Conviction = how far the brain's P(up) is from a coin flip (0 = flip, 1 = certain). Only calls at or above this make the Alpha list. The proof page shows the edge concentrates above ~0.20.

The single headline pick only shows if the top call clears this. Keep at 0 to always show the best available; raise it to stay silent on flat days.

0 = off. 1.5 = only unusually active names.

How many leans to surface (1-25).

Skip illiquid sub-$N names.

Max price ($)

Upper guard (off = very high).

Long only — suppress short calls, surface bullish names only (an environmental gate for bull regimes). Require day-move agreement — only broadcast when today's move already agrees with the call's direction.

How the brain "learns" these. The brain doesn't blindly obey — the proof page grades every confidence band against the real 5-day move, so you can see which constraints actually carry edge and tune from evidence. Constraints govern the broadcast; the model keeps training on the full universe so it never goes blind to a name just because you stopped surfacing it.
