What this is. Three independent, 100%-free signals, fused: (1) the brain — its 5-day P(up) from price/volume/TA (real ~53% walk-forward edge); (2) insiders — net open-market buying/selling from real SEC Form 3/4/5 filings (grants/options excluded — only cash-on-the-line trades count); (3) news — keyword sentiment over live headlines. Confluence = how many agree on direction. When the brain is bullish AND insiders are buying with their own cash AND news skews positive, that's a far stronger setup than any one alone — and the opposite (brain weak + insiders dumping + bad news) is a high-conviction avoid/short.
Honest limits. Confluence stacks the odds; it is not a guarantee. Insider coverage is a basket of liquid large-caps (Form 4 filings lag the trade by a couple days, by law). The brain's edge is real but marginal — size accordingly. This is the free-data version of "smart money flow"; true options-flow whale prints need a paid OPRA feed.
